Polymeric aluminum chloride has the advantages of good stability of spray drying, wide adaptability to water, fast water solution, strong adsorption capacity, large alum flower, fast quality and dense precipitation, low turbidity of the affluent, good dewatering performance. The use of spray-dried products to ensure safety and reduce water accidents for drinking water residents is very safe and reliable. Therefore, polymeric aluminum chloride is referred to as high-efficiency poly aluminum chloride, high-efficiency PAC, or high-efficiency spray-dried poly aluminum chloride. Polymeric aluminum chloride is suitable for raw water with various turbidities. Although the pH range is wide, its settling effect is much less than that of polyacrylamide.

The salt base of polyaluminum chloride is a relatively important indicator in polymeric aluminum, especially for drinking levels of polymeric aluminum products. The lower the salt base, the higher its price. Each purchaser can operate according to the actual situation of the manufacturer. Besides, depending on the raw material, the salinity of the poly aluminum chloride products produced and treated varies and needs to be adjusted by the manufacturer. Increasing the salinity of poly aluminum chloride products can significantly improve the economic efficiency of production and use. Increasing the salinity from 65% to 92% reduces the cost of raw materials for production by 20% and the cost of service by 40%.


Types of colours in PAC


The colors of poly aluminium chloride are generally white, yellow, and brown, and the different shades of poly aluminium chloride vary significantly in their application and production process. Polyaluminium chloride with an aluminium trioxide content within the national standard range of 27% to 30% is mainly in a solid powder of earthy yellow, yellow, and light yellow. The raw materials of yellow polyaluminium chloride are calcium aluminate powder, hydrochloric acid, and alum, mainly used for sewage treatment and drinking water treatment. The raw materials for drinking water treatment are aluminium hydroxide powder, hydrochloric acid, and a bit of calcium aluminate powder. The technology used is plate and frame filtration technology and spray drying technology.
