Start with the place where the symptom returns. A low planktonic count in circulating water does not demonstrate that an exchanger, coupon, basin deposit or low-flow branch is free of attached growth. Compare the sample locations and collection timing, check neutralization and water demand, and review circulation, contact path, materials and cleaning history before changing a product family.
